the hotel is located close to a tour pick up location. many dining options are nearby. i appreciated the well presented breakfast with fresh pastries and quality coffee. the room was also made up to a very high standard each evening.

the storage space in the room felt a bit limited, but was workable. the closet had space taken up by an ironing board. there was not enough space to store clothing.

the breakfast room was very nice. a very nice breakfast was available.

The staff were variable. Some acted rude, as if it wasn't their job to help. they acted as if they were above this hotel. rooms were set at 25c and i couldn't turn the heating off.

my room had great size and everything i needed was there. the hotel roasts its own coffee , a detail i liked very much. i also appreciated the location , , made it easy to walk everywhere.

the room was set at 25c , and i couldn't turn the heating off. i had to keep the door open in february. half-used toiletries were left and then replaced with new ones , which i found odd.
